When do you ship earrings after purchase?
Everything is handmade and created in batches. I ship 3-5 days after your purchase and each order will receive a tracking number when shipped.
Do you take custom orders?
I currently offer custom orders. All custom orders will take about 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled. If you would like to place a custom order please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order.
I no longer accept DM orders.
How do I care for the earrings?
All earrings are made of clay which makes them super light weight and durable. Please do not bend or snap the earrings because despite their durability they can break. Do not wear in water as that will damage them. Store earrings in a cool, dry place.
To clean just use a Q-tip and acetone to remove dirt/makeup/etc.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Returns for damaged earrings are accepted within 30 days of purchase then a replacement will be sent to you.
If you do not like your purchase you may exchange them within 7 days. I do not accept returns for custom orders. I only offer store credit.
Can I use my store credit at Rem Kids?
Yes, you can sue your store credit at either Shiloh and Rem or Rem Kids.
Are the earring posts safe for sensitive ears?
yes, all of our earring posts are hypoallergenic and nickel free unless stated otherwise under product description.
Do you take wholesale orders?
yes, if you’re interested in carrying Shiloh and Rem in your shop. You can email at email@example.com. I’d love to send you our wholesale list!
